So today I took a break from editing & decided to do a little baking. Where did I go to choose a recipe? Pinterest! duh! I always try the recipes on there that say something like "The BEST cookies ever" or "a MUST TRY recipe!! Better than my grandma's!!" .. you get the point :). I chose Paradise Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookie " BEST COOKIES EVER!"... and I'll have to agree with them.. they are perdy darn good! Before I started baking, I thought you know what.. I'm going to document this & hope the cookies actually turn out ok. Lucky for y'all - they did! They are gooey, melt in your mouth cookies. After I ate one, I went to get a glass of milk... there was no milk to be found. So don't forget that part! All I have to say is if I can bake them & they actually taste yummy... then you can too. Trust me.
Paradise Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookie:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
one 12 ounce bag of semi-sweet choc. chips
Preheat oven to 375, cream together butter & sugar, beat in eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually beat into butter/sugar mixture, add chocolate chips and stir in. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. I baked them for 6 minutes.
Wala! The best chocolate chip cookies ever :)
