Since the 4th of July is tomorrow, I thought it was the perfect time to share with you some of my favorite images from my very first styled shoot at The Farmhouse in Montgomery, TX! You might have already seen it since it was featured on Bayou City Bride as well! What started off as a rainy, ugly day turned into the perfect shooting weather by the afternoon. I've never seen so many beautiful red, white, and blue pieces provided by talented Houston wedding vendors!
When describing this patriotic themed bridal shoot, I think Brandi with Laced with Grace said it best!
"If it involves fireworks, summer nights and the one that I love. Count me in!! Cue the national anthem and star spangled banner because these sweet and patriotic traits are all inspired by the essence of an all American wedding. The intentions were to bring the glorious colors of red, white and blue to life with candied details like the clean and crisp invitation suite, the delicious cocktails that included Lucious summer fruits as an added touch, the naked cake that is always a fan favorite for brides during the hot summer days and the detailed sugar cookies that really brought the American vision to life. I wanted this shoot to bring out that hometown and fresh feeling we all get during the 4th of July backyard cookout moments."
