The day started out hot and in good ol' Texas fashion there was a small rain shower right before we made it to the venue. That didn't stop Baylee, Jordan, and their friends from celebrating them #BecomingWorthy! They say that rain on your wedding day brings good luck anyway. ;) Baylee and Jordan are a young couple who are sweet, calm, and know how to have a good time. They made my job so easy! We did have to take a few breaks during portrait time due to the heat, but they were troopers throughout the entire day.
I'm hoping I get to photograph more weddings who choose purple as their main color! All of the different shades were the perfect palette for this summer wedding and photographed beautifully at The Laurels in Beaumont, Texas. Bailey knew exactly what she wanted and it turned out stunning with the help of her family and friends.
JAM DJ Productions helped set the mood and get the party started at the reception. Even Baylee's grandmother got out in the wedding train dance! At one point the DJ played a few old rap songs and none of the wedding party knew how to dance to them... I almost got out there and showed them a few moves. That's when you know you're getting old... ;) I enjoyed watching them have a good time and ending the night with a sparkler send-off!
Thank you Baylee and Jordan for allowing me and my assistant, Aubree, to be a part of one of the best days of your lives! I've chosen some of my favorite images from their wedding day and I hope you enjoy them! Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Norsworthy! XOXO
