Senior Model Part 2 | KN Photography

These girls were so fabulous to work with! After dressing up in their gowns, they changed to a whole different look. I think they pulled it off! Jordan says this is what she normally wears anyways. She definitely rocks the "grunge" look. Thanks again girls for a great shoot!

We started the day at Bridgette’s makeup studio, which is amazing by the way. I had cookies made by Baking Up A Storm that said “2016” and “Senior” on them. I have to admit that I ate more than one… they were so good!! Thanks Emily!

We decided to go with more of a fall look for their makeup and used a darker lip/smokey eye. Bridgette never disappoints! She did a different look on each girl and their makeup was flawless! It’s always a good time working with Makeup By Bridgette Gil :).

365 Project | Week 8

Made it to week 8! Whoo hoo! Now that the holidays are over, I can get back into my routine of picture taking ;). We went to the beach for New Years but since it was so nasty I didn't get my camera out. Grant only went outside once when we went to go eat in Galveston at The Spot. If you haven't had a burger there.. you're missing out! Oh, for Christmas I got a new lens! Canon 100mm macro lens. I tried practicing on Grant's eyelashes but he moves too much. The last image of him with Zieg was also shot with the macro lens. Until next time... XOXO

I got a new lens for Christmas and was testing it out on his eyelashes. They are so long! Also, he's into chewing on everything. He has his two bottom teeth now!

Dogs make him so happy. He squeals with excitement whenever we are around one. He LOVES Zieg! Zieg doesn't really care too much... haha. He randomly came up to give Grant a kiss though and of course Grant loved it.

365 Project | Week 3

Made it to week 3! Yay!

I actually missed a few days since I was traveling from Mont Belvieu - Addison - Greenville - Mont B. That's ok though! I went ahead and added an extra pic for day 12 just because he's so darn cute! Day 13 isn't candid but I did his 5 month photos that day. Taking his monthly photos by myself wears me out! My family might kill me for posting our Thanksgiving pic but it was too funny to pass up. It was a rainy holiday this year, but so glad we got to spend it with our crazy people!

XOXO,

Kaycee

Watching the rain while doing his new "thing"... sucking his bottom lip.

365 Project | Week 2

Week 2 of the 365 Project! I am loving this project more and more each day. The only bad thing is is that it makes me want to purchase a macro lens so bad for detail shots! Maybe one day ;)... I did miss day 11 due to cleaning the house and having an engagement session that afternoon. I'm just proud I made it this far lol! Enjoy! XOXO

He tried bananas for the first time and he approved!

6/365

It was a rainy day and we were stuck inside.

7/365

He woke up at 9:45 am a happy boy! I was a happy Momma! :)

8/365

Dreaming.

9/365

Multitasking. This is why it takes me forever to get things done.. and why my coffee gets cold. ;)

Morning snuggles.

2016 KNP Senior Model Team | Part 1

I'm so happy I finally get to show off the 2016 KNP Senior Model Team shoot!

We were supposed to have the photo shoot back in October but it got rained out (story of every Southeast Texas photographer's life right now...). Thank the Lord the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day when we rescheduled for November! We started the day at Bridgette's makeup studio, which is amazing by the way. I had cookies made by Baking Up A Storm that said "2016" and "Senior" on them. I have to admit that I ate more than one... they were so good!! Thanks Emily!

We decided to go with more of a fall look for their makeup and used a darker lip/smokey eye. Bridgette never disappoints! She did a different look on each girl and their makeup was flawless! It's always a good time working with Makeup By Bridgette Gil :).

The girls were so much fun to work with! Here are some of my favorites from part 1 of the photo shoot... come back for part 2!
